Shipping Policy

YP Gift ships via a Flat rate or Variable fee (based on quantity by weight of YP Gifts shipped) with the United Postal Service (First Class, Priority Mail)

Return & Exchange Policy

​​YP Gift will only accept returns for items that have errors or omissions made by YP Gift.

To be eligible for a return ​the YP Gift must be in the same condition it was received in.​

Your return must include the original packing slip to be accepted.​

You will receive your refund through a credit to your original payment method within [10] days of us receiving your return.​

You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable.

The cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

YP Gift is not responsible for incorrect spelling provided by the customer. Products are printed using the exact spelling submitted.
